[3.19] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Thanks to jewelry recombiners and Kelvynn's detailed crafting instructions, I got my very first ever decent amulet: .

Just missed out on an int for that -- I did have int on one of the amulets.

Total net cost to make this was ~10 ex (4 attempts.) So still cheaper than buying them for 25.

Note: I redid my cluster jewels looking for 4-5 str on them, which made it a lot easier to achieve the attribute requirements. +str on cluste, +25 dex/str on gloves, and +30 dex on passive, and I was done (after delevelling immortal call to 10.)

Reminder: don't do the twisted with 45% increased life and 50% increased damage after getting your new amulet and thinking you can clean their clocks... got them down to just the eradicator, but that prick was nasty... (yes, I had height of hubris up -- I forgot that also doubled the mob bonuses.)

Thanks for the build! I've had fun with it many leagues ago, and decided to try it out again on 3.18.
I seem to still be facing map deaths and one-shots from bosses at times, can anyone give me advice on my build/gear and what I should look at upgrading? Unfortunately I only have 5ex left at this point, and am trying to roll for a better helm.

Regardless, I don't see anything terribly wrong. You can get rid of Zealot's Oath, I believe.

Basically you just have to get your intelligence up. There isn't a cheap (5ex) way for you right now, so you can try to craft an amulet (~2.5ex per try.) Or just farm for a while.

Well I can only get to wave 29 on simulacrum before I run out of portals (Kosis has some sort of slam I can't see any telegraph of that blows through 12.5k ES.)

That's still a lot higher than before (ran out of juice at 24 in earlier leagues.)

Recombinators and sentinels have made this league one of my two favorite leagues (the other was where we could stack multiple split personality gems; I had ~3700 int back then.)

Only remaining upgrade is really level 100 and another megalo. First world problem.

How is everyone else enjoying this league?

I feel like I've hit a wall with the build. Only big upgrades I'm missing are forbidden flame and forbidden flesh. I'm having a hard time doing the uber bosses. I'm also having a hard time doing juiced feared and juiced double beyond maps. Mainly the issue seems to be that I don't have enough dps that I end up dying to some random stuff in these fights. Other than forbidden jewels, do you know what I can do to boost my dps?

Excellent gear. Missing one crucial thing -- you have only a 58% chance to avoid stun. I am guessing you are getting stunned and that's what's causing you to die.

I don't think that's it. For example in uber uber elder, the fight takes too long because my dps is lacking which increases the odds of me bricking the run. There are no stuns in that fight too. If I don't give my 100% in these uber runs, I feel like I have a chance of bricking them and this is due to lack of dps. I'm thinking of adding the forbidden jewels and emperor's wit + mastery soon once I have enough currency but I'm not sure that will give me the boost I'm looking for. I'm seeing people doing these feared runs like a cakewalk with 300% iiq and I'm not closely equipped to doing that. I'm not sure what I have to change to be able to do..

The flame/flesh jewels are ~24% more damage on bosses, so yeah maybe you need these. I don't know if Kelvynn was using them during his uber uber fights or not.

I'm thinking of adding hatred to the build and swapping the watcher's eye to one with double/triple hatred mod but I can't seem to find a way to add hatred. Any tips? I can remove discipline but then, even if I get awakened enlighten level 5, I'm like at 85 unreserved mana.
