3.19 final version of Reave. I've optimized a lot of stuff in an already very optimized build.

+ 50M Reave DPS( from 35M) + 35M VDS DPS - one second Sirus kill is theoretically possible now.

+ More Block
+ Maim
+ More Spell Suppression
+ Vaal Pact
+ More leech and max leech
+ More armor

3.19 Overall buffs to melee with no nerfs to us

Reave = more damage
Fortify = easier upkeep

We did not get hit by any nerfs because we didn't use Grace, Determination or Aura Mastery.

First week, level 95, 30 DIV investment version - can do all content.
