" I don't feel they failed. It's a buggy and questionably tested league but the mechanic concepts were fine. We were told about the league mechanics ahead of time and they were explained but players still wanted to play their 8th Necro then try and claim "I can't play Heist" - No the build can't and I personally feel that's their own fault. I make builds based on the league mechanic because anyone who's played this game long enough knows that mechanic is going to easily take up 50% or more of your game play. I still remember when this game had 3 Acts and just smile when players act like POE has always been a speed run. If we tried the crap we do now back then... Just Dead. Wonder how much longer I should wait before I league start. Turns out this was a fantastic league to try out skipping the beta!

" Yeah a real shame,they cant play test this,no fucking way they did tho,some of the bugs are so easy to find,and some thing like the alert that got removed literary in a day,and the death doors,god i hope they fix the death doors its such a frustrating thing. |

" +1 to this. The alarm mechanic was a super interesting idea that simply had an implementation problem. It really needs to come back with just a little bit of modification. Ripping it out just means that now we have slaughter corridors to ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM through. Don't we have enough of that already? |
