It works fine for me. Did you install POB fork? Think OP linked a POB community fork pastebin.
PoB Community Fork is now Version 1.4.170.11. I haven't updated these links but they still work when updating.

For those asking about manual blood rage casting go for it. I just keep my rotation as simple as possible. Otherwise I'd have some warchief totems in this build to inflate damage, which I do not. Also tested Oskarms. They suck. Didnt see a single charge mapping. Just on the boss. So this build will need tweaks this season and together we can discuss what gloves are now BiS. My initial thought is just to scale Frenzy charges more and ignore power charges. Seigebreakers cost 1c, so will be easy to make that into a +1 frenzy corrupt and it scales both frenzy and endurance charges. Downside is, no life on gloves. I am busier this season than usual. Moving soon. So I may just leave this up to you guys to figure out whats best. <3

Dude, I'm having a fucking blast with this build. It's so savage and I just obliterate bosses with almost no damage taken.

This is a build where you have to go pretty deep to hit that 10+mil shaper dps. That said. very satisfying character when you get there. I suggest picking whichever skill seems more fun to you! Cheers!
