[PS4] Common PS4 Client Crashes

Crash cause I opened my inventory in my hideout... It's the whole code that is shit

so far i've had stuttering bgm while in inventory or at the char select screen, 1 CTD while fighting the goat boss (i was using the new fire wall spell) in "the climb" area and strange red/black lines shooting out from dropped loot at random that disappear when the loot is picked up.

This time the crash made ps4 totally black screen
that I had to press the start button for 20 seconds to start the PS4 pro again.
This seldom happened before and it's horrible,and I crashes about 100+ times these days.
Now i gonna rest my 91lv Pathfinder and my Ps4 as well.

It takes my memory to the Blight league that its bad performance last a whole league.
I hope not the same for Heist，plz no, it could be a wonderful league.

I have now crashed some 25 times. Over a dozen in Heists.

6 of those crashes were in green story mode Heist contracts, all of which did not let me back in to complete the contract.

My crash rates on Heists still sits at roughly 50%. How are we supposed to advance the League mechanics when we can't complete the Heists?

I have sent Jeff a PM Yesterday.
Imentioned that there isn't a single reply from anyone of GGG for PS4 Players since Leaguestart, but for XBox right away for the most t ime.

Let's see how long it will take for a pm to me or a official Reply on this Forum.

I personal feel like locked out in a Storm, and no one cares.

I got two ps4pro's (version 1 a version 3)
Both have the same issue like everyone else

Crashes accures regualary, some play sessions you can go 2 hours without a crash but for the most parts crashes happens 2-4 times an hour. done atleast over a 100 reports since Harvest League

While Idle
LAB
Mapping
Crafting
Looking through market
Useing the chat
Killing bosses
Doing league mechanics

Reformatting both ps4 pros, clearing cache, clean game installs. Turning off all sounds, lowering bloom, removed most of the HUD/map. All options to the minimum, even with no filters.

It has nothing to do with Internet connection, got 100mb up and down both on wire and on WiFi (tried both still crashing)

Nothing helps. And I think it is slightly odd that it can't be reproduced at site, when I can on both my systems after doing all the above.

Question
when testing the game are you doing it directly from departments or do you have testings downloading the game from playstation store and do a prolonged game session?

Cause if you can't reproduce it on site then download the game directly from Playstation.

Hi. On some characters on the standard. Resetting the tree does not work? . I wanted to check the build, but I can't reset the tree. Only for orbs. Previously, it was possible to reset the entire skill tree once every 3 months.

First of all thank you very much for your great work in making Path of Exile the best Action RPG-game out there. I have been playing Path of Exile for a couple of leagues now and have never played such a complete and customizable game, mostly on PS4, but also on PC.
That leads me to my reason to write this post. I enjoy playing on the PS4 a lot more than on PC, because of the relaxation that comes with playing in your living room on a big tv makes the playing experience more enjoyable for me. However, unfortunately I've been experiencing an increasing amount of crashes while doing so (which is the reason to try playing on the PC, however due to the aforementioned reasons, I changed back to PS4). Don't worry, this post is not intended to complain or flame.
This post is intended to offer my help in solving these problems. There are plenty of posts on the forums mentioning seemingly random crashes on PS4. However, maybe due to the seemingly random nature of these crashes, they are hard to replicate. This might be where I can come in. I would like to offer my help in trying to solve these problems, or at least giving more data and hopefully insights in these problems. I don't know if you already have diagnostic tools that can analyze what goes on in the PS4 client, but if you do, I would like to offer my help in this way, or any other way you might be able to think of.

There's a lot of times it will crash randomly, but in heists it's basically a guarantee within the first minute. I tried on 3 different ps4 and it's the same. Haven't completed a single heist yet sadly. Even lost a few legendaries. Not only that, but I want to play hardcore like I do on PC. That's not happening any time soon until this is fixed.

I would love to have the total number of reports for crashes in a day. I, alone, send at last 10 in 2 hours of gaming. Today in 40 min I have already had 5.

The thing I can see is that they're not interested in the PS4 community, even though we have at least 3x more players than Xbox.

We don't have all the supporters packs, we don't have answers to the crash problems and, since Delirium, it has crashed more each season.
