As for Vulkan, it's not some kind of magic, just another way of run-time shader processing. Generally it tends to lower CPU usage, but it doesn't magically give over9000% fps boost .

Oh really ? That is unexpected to read.
Well, there is not much anymore I can do on my side I think, but I know GGG can do a lot for my performance.

Actually Intel replaced the old Control Panel that had more in-depth options available with the new Command Center, the new CC can download optimized settings directly made by Intel, and in future there will be such settings available for many games, and as you can see, PoE is there aswell and will get a little more improved. I deinstalled the old Control panel today and actually I am not so happy, because there still need to be added more options.
I hope they will soon get it to run with all the depth the Control Panel offers.
No my PC does not require an update, no I am not going to buy a new graphic card, no this problem is not solved by buying just new hardware.

There is no way you were a specialist - you're way too insistent that it's the company's problem. That's the kind of attitude a tech support rep gets from the customer.

Ok, maybe a best buy or comp usa "specialist" - I remember when CompUsa was still around I worked there for a short time and management would do my training in order to avoid having to cover the floor. Granted, they went out of business for more than one reason.

Pretending to be knowledgeable and then insisting your igp is adequate is just .... (censors self to avoid mods).

Just to give you an idea of the gap.
Yep, totally over league play.
