How does this build fair as a league starter? I assume it wouldnt work since you need the jewels to make it work.

You can leaguestart with 2xclayshaper and 2nd lab ascendancy no problem until maps, you will end with 6x carrion golems (1 base, 2x ascendancy, 2x clayshapers, 1x skilltree), 2x spectre, 7xzombie that procs feeding frenzy too, probably already a 5l, basically a zoo that melts everything and you only have to move forward. From that you only have to chaos recipe/sell stuff you will not use amd take primordials, anima stone etc...
A "deterministic" way to waste your time

Someone in this thread mentioned that even with subpar gear, the were able to AFK T16 Blight Maps. After running some Blight Maps, I have to say that I tend to doubt this person's claim. Maybe it was hyperbole? That said, I am not an expert at blight, so I had some additional questions if this claim stands.

1) What oils were you enchanting these maps with?
2) Were you Chiselling them and Alcing them?
3) What is your definition of AFK?

I have run a bunch of T13/14 Blight maps, and they are still a bit of a challenge just playing them. I usually Teal or Crimson them, and Chisel + Alc. Certainly open to learning something new, if it exists.

1) Teal are good and cheap for more lucky chests (I use Teal on my maps)
2) Noooo! Quality impact the loot explosion, not the chests, so not worth it and alc just makes the map harder (might be your issue here), but doesn't contribute into "getting more loot" from chests.
3) You stand on the pump, leave your computer, go take a snack and come back 5 mins later to loot everything. (That's usually what I do, I start a map and go do something else)

Thanks to you and the previous poster regarding the chisel + alc. I did not know that blighted maps should be ran bare (with exception to enchant) - That might have been giving me the extra trouble. Always learning something new about this game...
Haven't used the build this league but I want to try and league start with this on Heist. I'm practicing leveling this bad boy and I end up following this on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2b3erYEymk&t

This is the only leveling guide I found that can transition to golem as soon as act 4, that I like. He's using Carrion and I used Stone.

Hope it helps.

I would recommend to switch to golems at act6 start (at this point at league start you can get hands on 2x clayshaper) and can buy all gems ^^

Nice. Thanks juju666. I backread the thread conversations and I want to try your variation with the Cyclone. Do you have any tips of prioritizing items to get? Can you rearrange the following in terms of priority?

- 6-link corrupted armor
- Anima Stone
- Harmony
- Might
- Eminence
- Stampede Boots
- Brass Dome 6-link. 5-link?
- Primordial Chain
- Cold Iron Point

Please add anything if I missed something. Thanks for the help.

That's good order from top to bottom and i did it too last league like it. If i remember right MIGHT was way more expensive than other jewels at the start. Buy cheapest harmony/eminence and then might and sell them to vendor and make own anima stone (cheaper) after that depending on prices get jewels how feel like. Save money to buy next MIGHT jewel before anything else after you have anima stone. Think i bought Primordial chain before 6link brass for like 1ex. Used 2x clayshaper at tier 16maps and bought cold iron points when i had everything else on the list!

also buy some random 30movement speed boots before can get stampede. After you have stampede cyclone feels amazing ^^

edit: also can be worth it to buy those div cards that give one of the 3 jewels.

so is this nerfed hard in 3.12?
They nerfed it in 2 ways, but no numbers are released yet. I would guess it will be still strong.
Divine flesh and enduring cry nerfed at least
