Changes to the Purposeful Harbinger Notable Passive

Sorry, but i can't read 94 page. What build was nerfed with this?

TLDR: The ones exploiting this leagues exploit. By stacking cluster jewels with Vigil Solstice you can make game ruining builds.

To be fair, anyone with half a brain saw this coming. The cluster notables should have been non-stackable from the very start.


Now its been fixed (not NERFED you basement dwellers) all the exploiters are crying.

Easy design: you can have one unique notable passive from tree or cluster jewel.

Replenishing Presence passive skill should not be nerfed at all.

I can't believe that they nerf this weak passive. It got nerf because players are converting life regen to es regen, which gives insane es regen overall.

But there are many melee players that need real 'life regen' for their builds.

By nerfing this passive and not PH, this means that GGG is under pressure from the players that are exploiting.

anyone with half brain won't trust what the ggg says anymore, that's the problem.

Well guess i am going to phone in the league, would have been fine with them fixing the bug or nerfing it. Hell, I expected them to. But when they make an announcement that they know about it and say they will specifically not nerf it until end of league, then go back on their work a few days later.

Honestly speaking, is a bug fix and a correction. I seriously don't see any real nerfs.

GGG still allow 400-600% aura stacking which can still be abused.

Seriously, this is unfair to the players that are testing or playing the other cluster jewels.

Bex calls it "a giant mid-league nerf". You should go back and read the announcement.

well, looks like you cant anymore try any strong new things, cause you can loose all investment cause GGG can just “fix” something. Cool. No, im NOT playing any part of this build, im just upset about attitude.
This is really a bad sign for me. To be scaried of investing into something in game. Potentially losing ur wealth. Cause devs decided so. Suddenly.

Yes. It was too late to push a change like this that people have invested all of their league earnings into. If it was within the first week of launch I would be on board. This is too late.
