Changes to the Purposeful Harbinger Notable Passive
" Nothing you quoted suggests that it was a bug. It suggests that the developers are lazy and didn't bother separating things like tailwind from auras. That is on them for being slack. |

" My sentiments exactly. Sorry, but it has to be fixed BEFORE league release, during internal tests. It creates the impression that your QA sucks [or it is nonexistent] TL:DR Do not release broken stuff "War's over, soldier. You just don't know it yet. Everybody lost."

" Did you miss a point where couple days ago they said they're aware of interactions BUT ARE NOT NERFING it. Love spending 3 mirrors on gear that is now useless after they have strictly said they're not nerfing it. It's not weather the build is busted or not, IT IS, 100% but issue iS GGG SAID no we're not nerfing it and then theyy turned around and nerfed it, 3 weeks went poof. |

GGG messed up again. Big time.
They shouldn't have made such insane notables in the first place (allowing multiples skilled). They shouldn't have released a statement these notables, auras, etc will not be touched. But this had to be done. These builds were breaking the game. |

To everyone whining.. your very first thought when you first saw this broken heap of crap should have been that this is going to be nerfed. Main reason I have not bothered to do it.
Also you can sure bet cluster jewels will also have hard limits applied to them next league - if they even stay in the game. |

" Yeah, it's just going to come down to what we believe. Maybe I'm just too jaded because I see it said all the time, but rarely upheld. Maybe your friends will quit for good (or take a reasonable break from the game). Hopefully, they can have fun regardless. It's truly unfortunate, though. With this change, GGG has set a precedent for patching builds mid-league, as well as changing their minds after giving players a 'go-ahead'. I get where they were coming from when Bex decided to speak up and said that the builds wouldn't be touched, but considering the aftermath, that did more harm than good. This is why most companies try to remain silent on these issues until the patch begins to roll out. Imo, after giving players a go ahead, they should've just stuck to it, regardless of how they felt. Nerfing the build was going to cause anger, but changing your mind days after saying the opposite is going to make it much worse. |

I am speechless.
This is the worst decision you ever made. It's not even about nerfing op stuff. This happened in the past. Sometimes. (No idea when and why sometimes not tbh... hi @ HH) But going back on your word like that. wow... |
