because said nerf while justified in some regard, is also utter bullshit because it ruins any character using anything that look like it, like a guardian, PH medium cluster not affecting the guardian ascendacy is basically just taking a spiky bat and shoving it up someones ass, expecting it to be pleasurable

You, Bex, said that GGG knew the problem and would not touch it until next season. That ALONE made me invest the time and level another build. I named my character Takvorian because that character from a sf-series messes with time.

I spend hours crafting the jewels that I now won't use. I hate levelling, but I did it because I knew I would have fun afterwards. I will now not have the fun. I am annoyed to no end at the wasted time. I am angry. I couldn't care less about the currency, I care about my wasted time.

I assume that you don't decide stuff. So you are not to blame for this nerf.

But you are to blame for your decision to tell us that this mechanic would remain unchanged until the next season. TO TELL US TO HAVE FUN WHILE IT LASTED. I HAD NO FUN PREPARING THIS CHAR. I blame you for telling us that GGG would not change things. Why did you do it?

sure you did, with a shitty skill (storm brand) and not cluster based, the whole point for a lot of us was to run guardian and use the clusters to get the same effect while also making stuff like RF actually viable for es characters again, but no such luck, so enjoy your storm brand, detestable skill as it is

If you are a casual player, you would not get the currency for the build in 3 days, lol. Every one of the jewels cost more than an ex, and you'd need at least 6 of them, plus good large jewel cluster ones even if not using voices because you are on a budget version of the builds, plus all the other reduced reservation gear. With voices, obviously it becomes unattainable for any casual approach.


If you even thought about building this build in the last 6 days or so, and were anywhere close to the currency to build it, you either are the luckiest casual alive who gets about an ex per map, or not a casual ;).

I just now how to flip things, and waste my time doing it.

I just can't believe that with all the problems this game has. Performance, balancing of 90% of skills and items, and especially the trade system. That this took priority. Let it be broken for a league and gut it at the start of your next cycle. Instead you've just gutted the economy and a lot of peoples savings.

You intentionally implemented notable stacking in the cluster jewel system, it is so unintuitive and problematic that most players just assumed you cannot stack notables, but you went out of your way to make them stackable. For example, notables can't be stacked multiple of the same one on one large cluster jewel, why is that? Somebody obviously realizes it is too strong if you get three of the same strongest notable on one large cluster jewel. It is therefore indisputable that you understood stacking notables in this way is problematic. Yet you designed several rare items like Voices to make it so players can super stack notables to get super broken builds.

SO... it is disingenuous for you to say you didn't know this would be used to make broken builds like Purposeful Harbinger build. You mean the people at your company who design the game don't know what auras are??? You didn't know what could happen????? Nobody can believe that, give me a break. It's like designing and building a flame thrower then saying you didn't realize it could be used to burn things.

As for the nerf, the question is why wait until now? The elephant already left the barn yard and trampled the puppy pen, hello??? Did GGG already milk the RMT market as hard as possible or something and realized it is going to hurt them now, or wat?? Is the RMT market really just controlled and profited by GGG? These kind of questions arise because when you are dishonest with people it is hard to trust anything from or about your company. Those are my opinions.
