Masters not spawning in maps

Just a quick update:

This really seems dependent on the character.

I played my second char to 93.5 and had no masters with him until he ripped.

My third is 79 and got already 3 wild Niko and 1 wild Zana in maps.

Ofc I could be hit with very very bad RNG on my second character, but I would say thats very unlikely.

*Edit: Just hit 82 and had every Master as wild spawn
