Ask him to stream his client to you, so you can confirm for yourself.

I've worked in support, so I know people cant spot shit, even if its right there in their face.
Reinstalling didn't fix the issue for me either.

The channeling effect persisted for me as well. I think I may have swapped helm and it stuck around to as I was testing gear sets
The bug persists in 3.10.0d.
I am having this bug as well here are my video settings.

CPU: Intel 9900k
GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Duke OC
32 GB Ram
Windows 10
It always happened to me. and the noise sound effect

So I've updated from 19.12.1 to latest 20.3.1
Cleared amd shaders cache and ShaderCacheD3D11_GI.

Snipe is still bugged.

Win 10.0.18363
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything

I have the same bug. I have to play with sound effects off because the channeling sound stacks and the game turns into a low roar. Sounds like a jet engine after a while.
Persists in 3.10.0E.
Yea rly hope this get fixed soon, atlease disable the sound effect so I can play the game with sounds, don't care about the graphic bug.
