Can't spawn conqueror

So what do i do if ALL region "Conqueror cannot spawn"?

I keep calling for help. Jesus Chris. Conquerors stopped spawning for a week already. And now after patch i can see "Conqueror cannot be spawnd" on all regions... Whats happening??? Is it a joke?? Am i banned from late game content??? Do I have to go to reddit? Twitter? Abandon game altogether??

Same problem here - "can't spawn conqueror" in ALL REGIONS

I HAVE THE SOME PROBLEM HAVE 2/2/2/0 THE YELLOW STONE NEVER BE SPAWNED AND I HAVE 88 MAPS COMPLETED DON´T UNDERTAND.

also having issues spawning them. I've got 8 stones (4 from each corner region and 4 from THREE of the inner regions - 1 inner region spawned twice). I've been trying to spawn the 4th inner region since that hasn't given me any watchstone (Lex Proxima ih this case) and no avail. I've used up all of my yellow Lex Proxima maps (T6-7).
Now after this most recent path, when I hover over the citadel, it says I need 2 watchstones to spawn the FIRST conqueror in this region. Does that make sense? I need to be running T9-10 maps when I don't even have 1 watchstone from that region? |

" I understand. I meant the progression doesn't make sense. In this case, there was never a time to use T6+ yellow maps for that region. I haven't even received 1 stone there and the game asks me to socket 2 stones and run T9+ maps? |

I am 20 Watchstones in, killed all and i get the message "conqueror cannot spawn" on all other outstanding watchstones / regions...
What to do? |

Rediculuos gamebreaking bug. Id rather reset stupid atlas and run from beginning all watchstones.
