If those are stackable then some of those are pretty broken.

These look really exciting. I just hope they're not like those gems (or whatever they were) from Legion that gave you new notables. I played that whole season and never saw a single one.

Every single thing in the game is viable now and no one will have exactly the same build, this is going to be nuts!!

" The difference is that these have to be allocated with skill points. Annointment is not the same as Allocation. If it was, you could use an annointed skill as a "start point" on the skill tree to build from. Annointment merely grants you the effect of the notable, without allocating it. If it is already allocated, it cannot grant it again. It is an odd interaction, but is how it functions. |
