This Is What We Need , I ran 85 Uber Labs in order to get my Herald of Agony enchant... and i couldnt get it at the end.

This seams like a very good idea. lab hasn't gotten any love in ages :(

More new skills to experiment with, great! They might actually be good, I'm interested to find out. Trickster Stormbind with the mana-based gems is gonna be my 3rd build next league.
