So much whining.

And then there's you!
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0
Lol, so .... since the system is convoluted and RNG based, let's try to make a GUI to explain unnecessary silly mechanics, making the whole thing confusing unless you read this thread ? is that it ?

/rofl
Just scrap this shit of an Atlas and rollback to the previous one please, this is getting really ridiculous ...

*sigh*
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

Multiply that by 5% now. Your wildest dreams have come true!

Those are some terrible ass atlas changes. Why punish people for completing atlas awakening objectives? Why map completion is still a thing? It doesn't make any sense in the new atlas, just make entire region completed once you discover watchtower in that region for the first time. There are already 3 progression systems in new atlas - acquiring watchstones and increasing awakening level, completing bonus objectives and completing awakening bonus objectives. Having 4th is pointless and hurts the game by allowing people to exploit it to farm specific maps, which you were trying to go away from. Reintroduction of sextant blocking was another terrible change, there was no need for sextant blocking, because if you receive duplicate/incompatible sextant mods you can just move stones around. With sextant blocking you can just block all bad mods by using 3 worthless ivory watchstones. Why make spawning of conquerors consistent? Introduce bad luck protection, rather than making it consistent, because it just introduces another layer of micromanagement, something I hoped we went away from with new atlas. For example you could make conqueror taunt take from 1 to 4 maps, with 1-3 being equally common and 4 being extremely rare so people can't just predict when exactly they are getting taunt, unless they get 3 maps with no taunt, but always keeping amount of maps that it takes to get conqueror reasonable, so you can't get 20+ maps dry streak. Also not addressing permanent influence exploit?

In what way exactly did you feel "punished" for not grinding one map only?

I think league play exacerbates the keeping up with the Joneses mentality in some folk. People convince themselves that someone else has a currency per hour rate that they're not achieving (thus, they're losing the game). It's the same mentality where people cannot divorce themselves from whatever is perceived as meta and the most OP. To not run said build, means you're losing the game
So on standard we will lose all our watchstones? What's the point of having completed maps if we need to re-do everything to get the watchstones. Standard becomes impossible to play like this. We have to get 32 stones in the league and then repeat everything to get 32 on standard. This is ridiculous.

For example, completing a Tier 15 Map will complete all maps up to Tier 14
- That's really sad that i have to now refarm T15 maps on standard, I used to be a sole standard league player. With this, GGG is giving increased reason for me to not play standard.

We'll also be removing the "x% chance for Maps to drop one tier higher" bonus from Awakening Bonus Objectives.

- I push my atlas HARD for this, now you're taking it away? One reason why I enjoyed Metamorph was due to the map drops. I didnt feel like I was map starved. I hope so much that delirium doesnt make me starved.

The master chance rate improvement is good but who good is it really? Is it enough to offset the loss of higher leveled maps? I wonder

I'm not to enthusiastic about this change but I guess it's better to hit the nerf/changes early rather than late.

I really hope they are not resetting the watchstones, since they didn't explicity say they did, we can still hope they won't.

If they do though .... now THAT would be such a fucking joke ...

Guys, you're not giving us easy map sustain for those who just want to run random high-tier maps without rolling them a few times each. You're also not giving us ways to run one map over and over (except that it's possible, just needs careful planning).
What do you want us to do with the Atlas? Is Zana right - should we leave the Atlas after we kill Sirus or what?
Would be nice if SSF players got some love for Shaper/Elder Guardians...
