INSANE memory leak since the last patch (3.9.0e)

Same. Weird thing is, delving for 30 min doesn't cause this. 2-3 min fight with a metamorph in the map with lots of spawned adds (leaving glittering corpses) and the PC gives up (game becomes low-mipmap blur, even after returning to h/o). Build - Poison SA.

GGG Still havent fixed it, i pin pointed the cause of this: its EVERYTHING that spawns 20+ new mops (Breach, Conq. boss pawn spawns, metamorph spawns, legion, Blight encounters). I can run them solo, not many before a restart but i can, as soon as i play with a friend, one of these and its either a crash or a permanent 1-5 fps dia show. I could do anything with up to 6 ppl before patch 3.9.0e yes its the same league! Thank you spahgetti code game.

On win7 max you can for now to ad-hoc minimalize the effect of leak is to play content with similar assets like delve or playing the same map and avoid content that load massive amount of assets like legion, breach, blight. Otherwise more data will load to memory and since they aren't cleared properly you will hit 8gb or more RAM usage after like 1-2 maps. After that all you can do is restart the game so windows clears that memory for you.

Not alwyas works. Sometimes helps but more often it ends with lika a crash combo finish him brutality pace.

I think it's also related to some other bug I started seeing- losing sync between player's action and game leading to health drop to 0 over 5 seconds and death


Just restart the game every 15 mins and you'll be fine

--nosund helps aswell, as it doesnt load the sound in your ram and u can keep going for a while longer... 30min instead of 15.. wooohoo

This game has nothing but performance issues, even if your computer meets all the recommended requirements.. And league after league, year after year they talk about optimization.. The optimization is then more particle, mob spawns etc., that pushes it even further..

So the optimization apparently is lowering your pixels, ms etc., and then the issue is "fixed" in their eyes.. If you have any complaints, you can write here on forums, and nothing happens.. Or you can submit a ticket, but that is monthly lon correspondance with send this, send that, send this (MSinfo, DXDIAG, different text files etc.), and when ALL OPTIONS, to blame it on your computer/connections etc.. Then they tell you that they're sorry we feel that way.. Years and I mean YEARS (I started back in 2015), the issue just slowly get worse and worse..


I would really appreciate a league with less new rushed content and MTX skins, and more fixing (performance not eveything else)

To ALL who complain. Upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 . I had the same problem. Its gone after i upgraded . No memory leaks anymore. I can even play on High details etc. cuz i have more fps then on Windows 7.
