Game unplayable since patch 3.9.0e? for Win7 users (FPS issue) STILL A PROBLEM AFTER 3.9.1b :(

I get that u are frustrated (I can´t play either) but dont forget its Christmas, and New Years is coming up, They are going to fix this, but in the meantime just play other Games or whatever u do. Dont hate GGG for not fixing this rightaway when Christmas was right around the corner, when the issues starting to show.

They did the exact same shit last year too. They will start trickling in about the last week of January. Then slowly they will pick this back up.

This year is a total loss however in terms of playing this game. They still have the exact same problems they had last year at this time.

Time stands still to the overly advantaged.

why not rolling back the patch.
Since the patch before was at least leaving the game in an working state.

then fix once back from break

They should just rollback patch before Christmas - there was plenty of time to do that (3.9.0E was deployed at 18 December). Yet they decided not to do that potentially ruining whole league for many people.
memory leak affects me both on linux and w10.
Was on 11gb ram usage after 2 hours gameplay.

i9 9900k also went up to 95% usage. Can't believe that this game eats up a cpu clocked at 5.2ghz as well as all 8 cores and 16 threads lol. Something is not working as intended.

Today also my game crashed, got "tried to access meta data for animation" error.
Still no update or acknowledgements that this is being worked on? You removed it from the known bug list and the leak is worse than ever.
You guys really expect GGG to test their game on Windows 7? The OS is end of life and its 11 years old for fucks sake.

Is it that hard to understand that ppl using W10 also have the issue ? Damn, we dont care about your opinions, there is a bug, so it needs to be fix, that's it.
Just tried out installing win10 on a VirtualBox VM. Allocated 8gb of memory to it (have 16gb ddr3), installed PoE - nothing changed. 2.5GB of memory usage upon entering my hideout (normal), 5.8GB after the first map, 6.7GB after the second map, a complete lag fiesta in the middle of the 3rd map...

I am quite sure it has nothing to do with the OS. So far, the most probable culprit is having NVIDIA gpu.

I went through this thread and noticed that most if not all of people experiencing this soc. "memory leak" have an nvidia gpu. And it's definitely not nvidia's fault, because I even tried rolling back to an older driver, but nothing really helps.

I guess, first we were forced to buy SSDs to counter Betrayal league problems and now we will be forced into buying 128gb of RAM just to have a decent PoE mapping session...
Up...

and still radio silence from GGG about this issue...
