Weird FPS issues

But it isn't a solution, we are not supposed to be forced to updating our OS and/or computer just because one patch made game unplayable. I'm still waiting for a fix :(

+++++
Still waiting for a fix too. Game is unplayable for 3 days......
Same issue here:

Win 7 64x
Nvidia GTX1060
SSD

Today i also rebooted my Windows so everything is installed fresh along with updates.

I played the last league with no issues at all with raging skulls all over the screen and a cyclone man along with me. Blight maps with Cassia, explosions from rampage, no problems with FPS at all.

After last patches with this league i had to restart game after running ONE breach on the map because i dropped to 8 frames and didn't recover from it. Same with running Delve.

I run on medium settings ofc and it just doesn't matter. Frames drops like crazy randomly.

No longer supporting Win 7 guys? :))) Well, i can just be lucky that i can get a new rig soon...with Win 10. Still hoping for a fix tho...
I'm using Win 7 with 8GB RAM and had the same FPS issues.
After reading comments about running out of memory I decided to try running memory cleaning program in the background.

No more issues. Memory cleaner automatically frees RAM when it is filling up. Still waiting for official fix, but this workaround keeps me playing.

I'm using RAMRush, but any RAM cleaner should do the trick.

I also have 8GB of RAM. Gonna try our trick out and see how it works for now.

I will be very short, Exile. THANK YOU!

It has not resolved all issues, but has made gameplay possible.

Now, it is time to kill.

Win 10 with a GTX 1060. Exact same issue that started after the organ vacuum patch last night. Previously was able to play 60fps in all content. Now, even just sitting in hideout, I am getting massive latency spikes and variable fps drops down to single digit or below 30s, JUST SITTING IN MY HIDEOUT.

During maps, before I was able to do massive clears, legions, blight, all maintaining 60 fps. Now, even just casting a single spell into a group of trash mobs will reduce my fps to 10 fps.

My other games are not affected, so I know it's a POE-specific issue that happened with the new patch. Please fix, this makes the game even more unplayable than having to click organs.
Looks like GGG and Microsoft are partners. They want all Windows users to upgrade to Windows 10. POE don't support Win 7 anymore, Sadlife.
win 7 here and same issue
