Just got messages in my inbox in the last 30min and got drops!
I was convinced it did not work until my guild started saying they getting messages, then checked in my inbox and voila!

Hi.
I don't usually comment, but I just want to clarify a few things about the drops.
Earlier today, someone posted a link to a russian thread in poe's forum where Natalia was saying that there were 137k winners (not sure if individual persons or drops), and only 16k were distributed at the time.
It means that the drops are being sent little by little. Some people (too lazy to find the message again) said that it sometimes happened with twitch drops, with people sometimes receiving them only 24h or 48h after the stream.
I was a bit sceptical too, but I did receive two drops today (I'm in europe), so several hours after the stream ended, at:
Nov 17, 2019, 1:54:08 PM (chaos weapon effect)
Nov 17, 2019, 10:38:44 AM (fire cloak)
That probably means that even if you sill have 0 drops in your message, it may take some time to get them.
Well, I just hope good luck to all of you, and that you'll receive some in the next few hours too
