It means that the drops are being sent little by little. Some people (too lazy to find the message again) said that it sometimes happened with twitch drops, with people sometimes receiving them only 24h or 48h after the stream.

I was a bit sceptical too, but I did received two drops today (I'm in europe), so several hours after the stream ended, at:

Nov 17, 2019, 1:54:08 PM (chaos weapon effect)
Nov 17, 2019, 10:38:44 AM (fire cloak)

That probably means that even if you sill have 0 drops in your message, it may take some time to get them.

There was a delay in the issuance of prizes. The stock worked, but there were problems with the issue. We currently have 137,000 winners, so far we have given out only 16,000 prizes. Issuance will take some time, but if you win a prize, it will certainly come to your account.
