Im currently sitting in standard on xbox....and they're are no notifications that the servers are restarting yet...none...the red bar above may not be for xbox...

There was talk of another patch for PC. I'm sure this is probably it and nothing relating to the Xbox launch. If it's a certification issue as been stated then can only wait until its granted and then patch will be available to be downloaded. No restart will fix that issue.

This really sucks the one night I have free around finals I was going to go for 10 hours straight. First time with the ability to start on league start day. I wont have another free day to really grind for atleast a week. Y'all better drop me atleast a few exalts to start with.
