I suspect monsters spawned in "Tower Defense" encounters will have a lot of chaos damage.

That's a notable? its stronger than half the Keystones...

It's "Chaos Resistance. The end result on your sheet. It's not "Chaos Resistance on Equipment", it's not "Base Chaos Resistance" and it's not "Uncapped Chaos Resistance".
