it depends on what it doubles.

Does it double the chaos resits you have on gear? or does it double your sheet chaos resist? if you get 65 cr from gear, and this gives 65 more, that's actually kinda crazy.

Does it mean chaos resistance bonuses are doubled? So if we have 50% resist from items it will be (-60)+50+50?
Or does it mean we have total -10% resist( using 50% from items) and it will become -10%*2=-20%?

-75*2= -150 damn

So what actually happens when im CI now.

Chaos res = -60 + X turns into -60 + 2*X with X being all chaos res from tree and items.

here's the thing, you don't exactly know that and I'm not trying to be a prick by stating this. I'm stating this because if you use Tempered by war, you will notice that the -60 resist you should have when completing the main quest line are now -30. The same can be tested if you put on a lightning coil that is suppose to give you -60 but yet it's only giving -30 lightning resist. So until they can confirm on there end how this works, we won't know before release.

Lol, this is why I just test most of the stuff myself. Found a few bugs as well that I would hope got fixed or at least helped to get it fixed in the future. Sometimes, I don't know what's a bug or whats intentional anymore lol.

I desperately hope 4.0 isn't the straight-to-dvd sequel with a blowout Tencent budget and none of the magic that made the first one work.
