Does the predictive networking mode line in the upcoming patch mean blade flurry is fixed?

The fix for channelled skills might be good for the not dealing dmg part, the fact that it hard target locks wont be fixed by this though.
At this point i am entirely convinced that GGG has abandoned this bug entirely and doenst give 2 fucks about it. Quit league, will try not to come back next one. Every time the same shit, insane amounts of bugs on launch that don't get fixed. |

its not only bf, its channelling skills in general.
cyclone is also bugged. still having situations where i spin without dealing dmg |
