Exception [Present]

There was a "present" error. The average game time was 5-30 minutes and then "present". There was an error in all situations and on the locations and standing in the city. I solved the problem by resetting the video card overclocking (video card 1050ti, the voltage was underestimated). After that, 4 days of stable game operation. Other solutions in this topic did not help.
Ive gotten several "Present" errors today, some occurred in maps, and a few while loading into maps.

It feels like my toon is walking trough sirup and Im getting lag spikes just before the exception message.
Same problem here,
im experienceing some severe issues it all started 4or 5 days before .

While in the game i ether get the error EXCEPTION PRESENT and the game crashes or my windows freezes.

And after that video driver crash and the screen has blue dots flickering,

sometimes the graphic card driver uninstall itself and reinstalls itself

and for some unknown reason , windows asks me to restart the pc in order to apply the changes

but i have no idea what changes its referring to . This only happens when playing Path of exile

i have checked and update every driver, and even upgraded from windows 8.1 to Win 10.

i already made a sfc/scannow in command prompt and it did not find any problem.

If Windows is uninstalling and reinstalling your drivers you should disable the option in Control Panel/System/Advanced Settings/Hardware.

It's also worth removing your GPU drivers with DDU, in Safe Mode, before installing the new drivers. DDU will also allow you to disable automatic driver updates.

For the exception, check Windows Event Logs for any related error/warning messages.

Too tight memory oc on afterburner caused my presents.
It might be all about over clocking on any component for some
but it abviously isnt the case for all.

I would definitely test it out without any oc to see if it helps.
Then ofcourse if it helps its time to turn oc back up one by one to see what exactly caused the crashing.

I will be back if i encounter problems in near future with this case.

This helps
I see a lot of people posting about this issue have a GTX1080. my gigabyte can run poe just fine, but my EVGA happens to get the exception error since i got it. lowering core clock and memory seem to have done the trick, . 40 hours of game time without a single exception error on the EVGA.
I've been having this Exception Present error all throughout the league, especially when I'm mapping, so I guess it makes sense to finally make a post about it.

I'm playing from a laptop, with an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 card. The laptop uses a i7 core, 8 GB of RAM, and an SSD. The operating system is Windows 10.

I haven't found any clear causes of the error - generally it happens while I'm mapping, sometimes when I'm transitioning between zones within a map, other times when I'm just cycloning around or leap slamming.

Whenever the error does occur and I reload into the map, the map is fully revealed. This includes regions of the map that shouldn't be accessible, such as the areas in Shrine Map that are far off the path.
Reproduced my present crash by adding my overclocks back after discovering
it was the cause.

Came back a little bit with the oc that caused the crash.
Now poe runs without any problems.

It was the memory clock for me on afterburner.
Turned down from 1000MHz to 960MHz oc.

It was stable 24/7 oc, tested with various programs.
No problems in other games.
Something in poe just pushes it even harder.
