In 3.6, GGG not only buffed spell, by limiting life leech, more expanded the difference of power between the caster and melee.
In 3.7 which should be melee patch, some buffs for ranged build will be somehow added. In addition, becoming able to cancel an action, and improving defense are not buffs only for melee. I feel melee is still garbage compared to others. |
