Large projectiles are now much smaller against the environment, letting them pass through doorways!

Good job! Now this will make Scourge Arrow actually playable. At least in delves.

Lighting strike?

How about some more new skill gem teasers, I'm about to chew my damn arm off!
Does it shoot above pebbles?

ANYTHING about melee other than visual weapon range??????????

No more name lock? Animation canceling? Instant movement skills? Flat physical damage on most melee skills? Active defensive abilities? Reworked Berserker? Reworked Gladiator? New support gems to each weapon type?

I get you. I wanted as much focus on melee this patch, as we got for spells last patch; 0% melee improvements, only nerfs. Now the focus on melee is watered down by buffing both ranged and spells. Someone would call that hypocrisy.

Anyhow, lying won't fix anything. We've gotten a lot, and more will come.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

This to me is more of a fix to a huge problem and not just a buff in a vacuum, so I am fine with this being in a Melee patch.
I guess it's a two-way street. Now I can't duck behind the lip of a narrow chokepoint in delve waiting for the big-ass ice ball headed my way to derp into the door frame. What's great about this is that pseudoprojectiles created by melee skills can now affect dorks through doorways and small spaces (think earthquake) and this paves the way for strategies involving knockback and flee, oddly enough.

This change applies to Frostbolt, Freezing Pulse, Holy Flame Totem, Spectral Shield Throw, Spirit Burst, Scourge Arrow, Wild Strike, Lancing Steel and Shattering Steel. They are not smaller against enemies.

But not for spectral throw, WTF

One could argue there are a few 'melee' skills in that list...
Yes.

Doorway blocking for FP was kinda annoying.
At least they fixed it after 100 years.

People don't want to think. You're dealing with people that think a buff to code for all skills is melee getting shafted. You're dealing with infants.
