So GGG understands that the past 2 leagues with the overly complex mechanics are bad and they're returning to the successful breach/abyss concept. That's good.

I hope there is plans on fixing the betrayal lag still, the last fix only changed it from a 99% chance to 50% chance at best of being lagged/crashed to death during intervention, something I didn't have an issue with in the past league.
Enjoying synthesis at least aside for the decay being wonky at times. | |
I like the idea of having a few days off in standard to see how much my wealth has increased over the league and also a few days of calming down after i see i have yet another remove only map tab :P

How about an event that allows us to play our standard characters? Maybe a maps only event that is designed to challenge fully developed characters. It could include things like:
*No white or blue loot *Only one stash tab for collecting loot to be kept after the event *A ladder that is based on something other than speed clearing *Randomize map bosses found, but keep their levels and you only find out who it is when you enter the arena *Connect maps so a character can begin at a tier 1 and run to tier 16 without stopping *Prizes or ladder points for doing new things *Options to add multiple bosses to arenas There are probably many more you can think of "Gratitude is wine for the soul. Don't end Shytesis just before next league. One week to organize stuff in standard is fine, please don't do that.
Also there's no need to attach a new league every game update. You can release the update, let us play a while in standard and then let us play in the challenge league. This update = new league thing is a bad idea that just have downsides. "There's no thing like random one-shots in this game. You only die because you take 353,456,237 hits in 0.2 seconds."

I don't care about leagues. But STOP reseting the atlas ffs.

" Agree... I like the week off in between. The momentum form one league directly into the next if a little much for more casual players. And the more content there is to merge just makes the setup and prep and reorganizing more cumbersome. Not that I'm complaining about content! More content is great... it's just managing it all is a game in and of itself. I still wish Unique Map completions stayed on the Atlas in Standard as Permanent. I'm just not going to participate in the economy of Unique map trading at all otherwise. For casual folks like me, it makes no sense to pay 300 chaos for a map that gives just one completion point and will be erased in the next league -- even in Standard... the so-called "permanent" league. |

I guess Synthesis was supposed to be a simple league, if you guys just kept the Nexus system that was shown in the original trailer, where simply placing pieces added global modifiers to your path.
