" Not every build needs to revolve around high attack/cast speed. This brings some diversity. And you will still benefit from high cast speed. It just won't be spam 5 casts per second while clearing. Rather it will be once per second or so to clear everything in that direction, with multiple fast casts at closer range to deal high damage against tougher opponents. |
