the new skill effect is the major update for the skill ; but it looks like it's storm brand . The explosion may overlap uhmm idk .Still looking weak.

" Yeah i don't get it either... what does the western part of NA have to do with PoE. Why do they announce them in PST etc? I'm pretty sure the overwhelming majority of the playerbase are in Europe anyway, not in NA or NZ. Weird and confusing. Quit after Legion, rejoined PoE to see what the game's like now in 3.12.

After the Flame Totem treatment this is another spell with 50% phys damage.
Interesting decision i guess. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. Instead of messing around with skills, please optimize their global illumination thing. Its pretty ridiculous when you need to have 2080 card if you wanna play that game with 1440p monitor at 144hz.. Thanks in advance.
