With the popularity and potency of ARC, I really hope the solution to re-balancing skills isn't to make everything closer to ARC, SOULREND has a heat seeking component, this new STORM BURST chains...

I wish this was simply a new skill and not a reword, i like how the original storm burst scales and plays. would it be simpler to just give it a new name and have both at the same time ?
