Ez? I find myself ripping plenty of times in 500 , the agony can't clear fast and sometimes(often) i get oneshot by something...not to mention the hidden parts they are hell. Not trying to act rude - but you're entering delve 500 with underleveled gems, "low" es, no watcher's eye with reduced cooldown, no blind jewel. The damage is based entirely on gem level, and yours are 19 - a 21 gem would be a massive improvement.

Watcher's eye cooldown takes you to sub 1 second when not hit to recharge your ES

The builds defenses scale incredibly the higher the ES you have - this is why at higher levels, the herald of agony ring isn't ideal, nor is a headhunter. I'm getting 1900 ES from my belt, and ~1200 from my rings. It makes your ES regen do more from occultist, and gives you that buffer of survivability

If you're still suffering from damage, the elder bow is the "entry" bow to the build, with the synthesized implicit bows scaling the damage considerably.
Recovery with no regen mod

I always thought "gain on hit" was a different recovery mechanism than regen, so would work on a no regen map. Just tried one though and got zero mana recovery through Poacher's. Then realized the wording on Poacher's is "grant mana/life when hit". How is this different from "gain mana/life on hit"?

In any case, I was getting zero recovery from Poacher's and had to switch to the other toon to finish the map.

Just curious if there is an obvious explanation that I'm missing. (Which is usually the case!)

19\20 gems are low? K. It's about mechanics of the skill, HoA is not the best for clearing mobs. Watcher? I have it and just changed to es gain on hit because i find it better. Low ES? I have 16k with the es belt if that's low than i better return to Worb 5k life was clearing 500 depths more than fine.

About the ring , quoting some other guy in the comments

I can easily spend a ton of ex for some ES and a bow with 18% more dmg but no thanks. I really don't like how this build clear maps,especially synthesis and delve.It's a good boss killer and i will keep it like this, will change build for delve no pb.

Yes, 19 is low - the difference between 19 and 21 is 1.2 million damage per second for me (about 20%). When you're pushing delve at 500+, that's a lot.

Aspect of the spider can be fit in without the ring, plenty of us have done it.

I just looked it up - you could buy a corrupted level 20 herald of agony for 1c, and do 10% more damage. You could do the same for your other gems and level them in your 2nd weapon, and do roughly 15% more damage for a 30c investment at most.

I also doubt it's worth it tho.

I'm currently at over 20k ES and more than 8 mio shaper dps.

The only ring I would substitute my Circle of Nostalgia with would be a
30ish Mirror Onslaught & Intimidate on Hit Synthesis Implicit, +ES, +ES from Body, +Faster ES Recharge Ring.
That ring is beyond belief we all know it.

Other rings would give me about 500 more ES but also aabout 10% dps and huge Mana Reservation loss which I had to compensate with more passives that would also lead to ES loss for sure, so not really a good idea imo.

I've made a bit of progress on this question, but still no resolution. Looking for input.

Seems like Hexproof should prevent recovery via Poacher's since the mobs aren't actually cursed. EDIT: No, HP doesn't apply due to Profane Bloom, so that's not it. Other ideas appreciated!
