why are we using only level 1 rain of arrows? leve 21 is 5 more arrows. and with the circle of nostalgia we can sustaine mana easly with level 21 skill.

Why do we use consecrated ground flask if we dont take zealot's oath?

Herald of Agony nerfed into Bolivian as well.
The build still works with a 50% damage and survivability nerf but I don't see why you'd play it over something else if that ends up being the case. |

The balance changes have me nervous. Will have to see the final patch notes to see how nerfed we get.
