[3.5] Occultist Vortex/Cold Snap ES/CI - Deathless and Safe Uber Elder and T16's

Is this HCSSF viable? Seems like it would be hard to level up since we take no early life nodes...

For HC there are a couple of lvl guides for CI builds. Most likely you have to play as a life build first and later on switch to ES / CI.
This build is definetly SSF viable because there is no specific unique needed and also you can craft alot of the equipment. But you may need fossils so you have to farm Niko.

Thoughts on using The Beast Fur Shawl instead of a higher ES Vaal Regalia. The extra 200-300 ES would definitely increase our health pool a lot, but the shawl provides some spell damage and increased ES charge rate. Not sure if that's enough to offset the loss from a rare regalia though.

For the ones having Mana problems. Do you have at least a Level 3 Enlighten? If not then get you one. They are pretty cheap at 15C right now. I don't have one yet working on it. Without it I can't run all auras so I dropped Enfeeble. Now I have like 9.8k ES so I can run without it comfortably it's up to you if you feel tanky enough without it. If not then use the Enfeeble and drop the Aspect of the Spider.

We talked about that a little with the helmet enchant. We have so many damage we don't feel the difference if we have 40% more somewhere. However if you have 14K ES instead of 12-11-10 it might save your life on Uber Elder or multimods maps!

Dealer choice I'd say but I have an average weapon really and I did all the content very easy so...

Great build overall. At the time im writing this comment I have managed to defeat all content of the game for a relatively cheap build (there are other builds who need a lot more of investment and doesnt feel this smooth). This is a very safe build.
I have managed to do my first U Elder kill and it also was deathless.It is good mapping too. So again, pretty nice build, I recommend it 700% and I will link my current gear if anyone needs an example (dont think I will change anything because as I said, I manage to kill U Elder deathless)

I also managed to craft my vaal regalia (bought it 6L with 3 white sockets for 1 ex), the helmet and the shield

I just bought a Vaal Regalia ilvl 86 and spam pure dense fossils, you can watch my vaal regalia in my comment above. Managed to get 2 Tier 1 ES mods.
