Would be nice if theres a build/cold occulist expert who could rearrange the leveling tree for us newbies :) |

Do we still use Controlled Destruction given the minimum crit chance now being 0 instead of 5? Or is a couple percent enough?

I wonder if this build would do better damage wise if modified to winter orb instead of vortex. I hear WO is still quite OP

I'm going for concentrated effect for awhile, till I get trigger in the weapon, self casting is going to be annoying for awhile, I don't have the craft either but yeah. I'm also taking another tree no minion nodes. GhazzyTV was doing a build not using them same output if not more. Yeah smaller vortex, but deal with it till trigger on a weapon later on.
Plus I'm not going to auto have tons of es gear and all of that in a week, takes me more time then others do to get things. And I suck at crafting. " With the path that this build takes, the minion nodes are a very few points of investment for a lot of damage increase, so I doubt any other nodes would be more damage with same amount of points.
