You may use Shield Charge for sure. Any movement skill that is an Attack can fill in seamlessly for Charged Dash. And yes, you are correct. As long as you have Added "non-cold" damage to your Attacks, all elements of the build, including EE will function normally.

I tried the jewel "From Dust" (3rd jewel), is it me or this jewel brings better damage? Yet according to Path of Building this is not the case

You are most welcome! Thank YOU for investing time and effort into making these awesome builds and guides! I'd be quite lost without them, I can tell you. Tried out a few ones on my own but drove them all against the wall, which was pretty frustrating because I really binge Path of Exile at the moment (which is totally NOT Voricis fault! xD). Anyway, my duelist has now arrived at act 10 and I'm sure I can send him to endgame within the next two days. I really can't wait to try your witch out! And as I mentioned before I'm a huge fan of the Charged Dash! So it CAN only be good! ^^

(Haha, I've read about female Thor but I didn't expect them to turn her into a movie! That's interesting! I will keep an eye out for news on this one. Thanks for the info! :) In fact my account is reeeaaally old. I'm a returner to Path of Exile but I haven't been playing it for quite a significant while now, which honestly I highly regret because... duh, all the Vorici action I missed! :( I still like the name though. I am a new player to PoE (tried the game several years ago, but only for a very short time), just started this season with your guide. And what shall I say. It is awesome, that I don't need uniques or other specific gear to play the game in higher tiers.

I am at the moment playing T1/T2 maps and am wondering, besides running maps, should I do/ watch out for other things too at the moment?
I touched the Delve only for some short trips, so I'm not that deep into the mine. How important is The Delve?

Atm I'm still missing the "Enhance Support" gem, are there places where the chance to get this drop are more likely?

And some more questions from a beginners viewpoint:

1) I collected a lot of gems, as I wasn't sure if these are important later on or not (only a fraction are of better quality). Are gems something to keep or to sell?

2) The same for rings and amuletts, I have nearly a whole stash full of them (from rare to normal), I read that some rings/amuletts are used in receipts. Is this something worth keeping a look out for?

3) Should I bother anymore with collecting scrolls of wisdom/portals? I have around 1k/500.

Sorry for these question, but I started with a group of frineds who are new to this game too, so we are missing longtime experience, what some items are worth keeping and which not.

And again thank you for this build, only dieing rarely (mostly IS assassinations) and rolling over nearly everything else.

Nah, the skill doesn't give you anything except increase the amount of Skeletons you summon at a time. There's always a chance that it's bugged, but it's design isn't to increase damage.

Welcome to the game (again)! I hope you love it. It's a lot of fun to be excited for all the gear that drops. I find, even though I love unique items, that once I have a unique, I'm not looking to improve it anymore.

Well, all the content is interconnected now. For example, all the crafting recipes that have to do with links and socket colours are located in the Delve...like guaranteeing a 5 link for 150 fusings. There are also only certain types of item located in the delve as well. Like fossils. If you get good enough finds, you can craft really high minion damage on your weapon. So I suggest doing all the content you come across, whether they are Essences, Abysses, Alva, Niko, Zana...It all helps in the long run for sure. (Does that answer your question?)

No, sorry. It doesn't drop anywhere more often than others. Sometimes I'll have 6 drop for me a league, others it doesn't drop at all. Buying a level 1 gem right now would be a good idea. It takes a long time to level, so now that the map grind is starting, It's a good time to get the gem leveling incase one doesn't drop for you soon.

Most gems aren't worth picking up all. I only pick up the gems with quality so that I can trade them in for Gemcutter Prisms (which are items that help improve the quality of your gems). I'd just vendor them all unless they are "drop-only" gems.

There are a ton of recipes in the game. Though I love looting and all the recipes are valuable in some regard, I don't bother with most. I just want to kill stuff. I'd keep the rare jewelry only. Only keep the ones with high health and/or high resists and/or high attributes (Especially Dex).

You have lots. No need to have more. You can always start picking them up again if you get short again (under 50).

My mistake !!!

I got bored playing POE on PC and was looking for a build to play on my XBOX. I did a lot of research on youtube and forums and by chance noticed your post. I must say I am grateful to you. I got my enjoyment back for POE playing on a console, this build is an absolute blast.

If you had time you could add uniques that are worth buying while leveling, might be useful to the new players :)
