Skill Reveal: Armageddon Brand

Can you post the gem itself when you reveal a new skill? It would be interesting to see some details. Fr example, are brands a totally new type of skill, like mines and totems, or do they count as spells?
These new brand skills are looking pretty interesting. One thing I have my doubts about are new tree skill passives. I have no problems with new keystone(whatever it is) but new clusters specific to brand skills will imho force us to build very specific for brands and restrict the skill use in other builds. But that might just be me only, since I don't really like a skill specific passives (was not a fan of heralds passives in templar/ranger ascendancies)
I don't understand how any of this works, I must be getting old T_T

you don't have lot of time GGG to realy reveal the new skill / support in detail, so please hurry to let us plan our next build :p
when will you finally remove melee from the game?

it is 100% noobtrap right now, all it can do - casters/archers/summoners do much better, faster, cheaper, safer

all new stuff is for casters/elemental builds. sure, Banners will be melee-oriented. but what use are they going to be if the entire playstyle is hot garbage right now?
Oh wow, not even Commandment of Inferno animation, just a lousy old Cold Snap animation, what a disappointment for something called Armageddon...

Supposedly you do the damage. So it can leech/be affected by no leech mods, not reflect immune, proc EE/EO, can be triggered by cwdt/coc/poet/mjölner... differences are sutile but they exist. Just hope GGG makes them not so sutile so brands do actually add something fresh to the game.

But no more specific-skill passive nodes, please.
Consdering the careful wording inside PoE world, i guess the ignite will be shite like as usual.
