C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\CachedHLSLShaders there i had dx9 and dx11 folders i deleted dx9 folder and game works!

thinks it works. but ist this what GGG thinds about to enjoy a game ?

None of the above suggestions worked for me. I'm downloading the standalone client now to see if I can log in.
