Upcoming Delve Improvements
These are welcome changes.
I hope you are also discussing the possibility of removing 100% monster immunity in darkness. As many have said, immunity mechanics such as this (anywhere in the game, in any league) generally feel unfair and inconsistent at best, frustrating at worst. Giving them global damage resistance directly proportionate to the darkness quotient would feel much better, and still accomplish your goal of protecting them from off-screen builds (which you shouldn't let be a thing in the first place, but that's another discussion). Wash your hands, Exile!

GGG Team you really do an amazing job, with all your Leagues, and other events.
IS there a way to fix the Ichimonji issue? I'm sure lots of players would like to play with it but in Delve's it's truly deadly... do you have plans for it? I also want to mention, you listen to your community, and of course you can't always make every wish come true, but just a huge thumbs up from me for giving us this amazing game. Good improvements. Also make dynamite function just as exposives from Incursion.
Tho, the biggest problem with Delve is the cost of moving your cart and the constant need to grind faceroll content for fuel, just so you can delve. Do you plan to do anything about sulphite at all? When night falls

By the way, why are we even throwing flares on the ground? Aren't they thing that keeps us alive? Seems kinda dumb thing to do, lol.

Nice stuff ! All these changes were needed.
The last thing I would change would be monster immunity in darkness. It's very frustrating to see monsters on the edge of the light radius shooting at you while not being able to butcher them. |

At first, I didn't want to play this league, PoE needs too much time investment to reach high tier map.
But finally, exploring this mine is so much fun. I don't focus that much on maps and just collect fuel to explore the mine. I feel less under pressure to grind high tier map as soon as possible. Just walking around in the mine, discover, and just enjoy the game :) Very hype for those coming upgrades ! And congratz for this league ! |

I was hoping that the duration of flares would stay as they are now and have them work as a lantern that fits on your belt and moves with you so you can move around freely and actually explore the dark, but reduce the number of them to maybe 3 so that you will still find yourself in bad/exciting situations while exploring if your aren't careful or overconfident.
Desync is really bad with flares and light sources would really prefer it to move with you. I really hope the person that tested these flairs isn't the same person who tested nets in bestiary, if so they shouldn't be on the QA team. Last edited by Breakleg#3645 on Sep 4, 2018, 2:12:20 AM

good to see that these annoyances and inconveniences are getting ironed out, i believe when some of these changes hit we will see a large amount of people become a lot more happy to go delve
