so if you have
-9 % lighting resistance to nearby enemies in helmet
-16-20% damage penetrates elemental resistance (x2 poet pen)
and I run enfeeble/ ele weakness/ warlords mark

do you stop running light penetration in your arc-light pen-pcoc wand and ball light or remove ele weakness and run a different curse? and what would you change the gem to then empower?
so can someone check out my build? in pob im getting 190k shaper dps, where as if you take his early league pob take out all the gems and power charges he is still at 800k? surely it cant just be levels?

His POB is bullshit. It's why I stopped using his POB and started importing profiles from experienced players.

If you want to get a more realistic number on his POB, delete the vertex he is using and create a new vertex and import it into the character. Watch that dps drop.

The only thing 'bullshit' is your reading comprehension and/or understanding of the game and PoB.

It states very clearly in the OP why those modifiers are on the helmet, what they do and what they are good for.

If that is to complicated for you (which it apparently is) you can compare the 'per hit' number on Arc; not the DPS.
my per hit on arc is still half of his, and thats when i take out all his gems and swap out the vertex and take his power charges off, with all that equipped on my char i get 160k he is at 220k with all of that off, there is definately something im missing but no idea what it is

Level 21 arc, tons of crit multi for jewels (500-550+), 15% pen watcher's eye etc... Damage adds up really fast.
The only thing really deceptive in the OP's POB is the triple mod watchers with clarity, which costs 5-10 mirros, without it he is down to 7300 es.

Anyway, I have been working on a CI tree for delve, 13k es, quad curse. Again this is for delve where monsters DO NOT have 80% less curse effectiveness, meaning my enfeeble/temp chains/ele weakness is very effective. Again I took CI because for delve you really dont want to be using Shavs and I was tired of dying to random chaos damage which does occasionally appear in delve.

Kill speed is still good at 900 delve, and obviously anything non delve is completely trivial at 13k es.

Here is the POB:
https://pastebin.com/7uAhhnJH

note that I did edit cast speed onto my jewel so my cast rate is equal to my frenzy attack rate

also POB is computing increased es from body armor incorrectly, each 16% es from body armor is only contributing 110 es in pob, but in game this gets modified by percentage increased es from tree/int, so in reality the mod adds ~ 577 es per mod, which has my es in game at 13120.

Still want to try to find some 250+ es gloves with coh, and 3 mod clarity watchers, to push my es to 16k.

I really wish the Shavs Mod would exist on other items or be available on shaped/elder chests/via new crafting.

There are so many mechanics that interact with LowLife/profit from having an curse/aura more - and it is just plain fun to have more ability interactions and things on a character.

I absolutly get you when you went CI for the ES gain. I am reluctant to put this stuff into the OP simply because - well, thats propably really rude - but some people are frikkin dense.

Not all of them - I even bet most of them are really nice and smart about this. But there is a percentage of people who are just super toxic and stupid and bring their own shortcomings/frustration into this thread and to people here who do not deserve it.

Meothaku asked that I remove his name from the OP because he got harrased InGame by to many people who died to chaos damage when they went on to configure their character like he did for deep delves. (low life without a shavs)

This sort of stuff really turns me off and away from this community. I made a couple builds for friends and people I know from here who are cool and shared those with them; made some of those builds for them on demand when they wanted to play a different skill. As things stand I do not think I will make more guides/put them out there.

Thank you (and people like you! ocelot, duality etc etc) who jump in and answer questions, it means a lot.
Hey Guys,
Thanks for the fun build!! (:

Ive a few questions regarding this build:

1. Which aura/curse setup is the best for mapping/bossing. Iam not that deep in delve.

1.1 Which helm enchant would be the best?
Arc chain, Arc dmg, lightning warp duration or something mana saving?

1.2 How much ES would you recommend for mapping/bossing?

2. Does increase castspeed improve the buid? Or is it all about attack speed with the pens?

Thanks in advance! (:

Just checked on my POB and yeah level 4 empower seems BiS if you have that much penetration. I am currently running Increased Critical strikes which is already a bit better than Lightning penetration and which also allows to get power charges way faster on bosses allowing us reaching the maximum dps quicker but i'll probably switch to empower in my arc/ball lightning dual wands in the near future.

Edit: I think controlled destruction would be BiS especially if you still use voidbringer gloves. It is better for me too on POB but it makes my crit chance on Arc too low to generate power charges as fast as I want and would be bad in practice.
