This becomes very noticeable when you take slower projectiles off, because if the ability did not hit multiple times based on its projectile speed then I would assume taking Slower Projectiles would actually be a damage loss. This is correct. BL will continue to hit targets every 150ms as it travels past as long as the target is within its AoE. The slower it goes, the longer the target is within BL's AoE and thus the more times BL can hit the target. So the DPS that PoB lists is the damage of all the balls hitting tha target 1 time only? So lets say if a ball hits on average a stationary target 6.6 times (every 150ms) per second, the actual dmg would be the one that PoB displays * 6.6? How the hell are we supposed to meet attribute requirements for STR and DEX with all these uniques? I've never played an ES character and I am really struggling with the gearing, I spend more time staring at my character sheet trying to figure it out than playing lol. Level 65 got 2 PP, Shavs, and everything else is just rares until I figure this out... Edit: Not trying to complain, just genuinely confused :D Having an absolute blast with the build and I'd like to take it all the way! It isn't too bad, get a decent str roll on a belt and dex on your elder ring, you can get some dex on your boots, it is especially easy if you're running Sin Treks. Another option is the +30 nodes on the tree... The Practical Application node, as well as str/ dex on jewels. I can't activate Spider for the time... need to enchant my helmet with 30% mana reservation for Arctic Armour. I have a question. When do you activate Phase Run? If you want to see me useing PhaseRun please check the UberElder Video - its relativly new (Did record during Delve League) and I use PhaseRun/Surge quite a bit. For your character: You need to break the link between Cwdt/IC and PhaseRun/ArcaneSurge for it to work. Best of luck on getting that helmet entchant!
