Hi, Im doing and liking this build, so comparing with Cyrix1337 pob, still cant figured out where the "cast speed" come from. On my pob Im with 1.66 cast speed, but Cyrix has 3.66. Which highly unlikely you have. Also assuming your Arcane Surge never goes off since you leveled it to 20 and phase run costs 11 mana. Do you know you can sell gems that are lvl20 with a Gemcutters and it gets 20% quality and goes back to lvl 1 ?
