I just wanted to say THANKS FOR THE GUIDE!!! First time I got to kill Uber Elder on my own. First set was getting used to the fight and second attempt I made it with 3 ports left. I'm so happy even though powercreep meta. :D

Delve 1000+ push edition :
After further testing and farming in delve 1K, i found this new setup EXTREMLY confortable and i feel i can push again : (items choice explained below / only for nerd that love this spec)

The core of this setup is the use of temporal chain and enfeeble with "Heretic's Veil".
The control is further increased with "Call of the Brotherhood" that provides Freeze which removes most of the "on death effect" that are way too much deadly at those depths. Solving dex problem by reaching "Void Barrier" and using Sin trek. It also adds a good amount of evasion, and since avoiding damage is more important than buffer at higher depth, this choice is paying well. Further increasing defenses by adding a "Stibnite Flask", making monster completely inaccurate with enfeeble at close range (-50% from enfeeble -50% from blind from smoke screen). Shaper ring for better dps and resist. (i've got 79 all res so Wise oak provide 10 reduced on all 3elements) Mana is sustained by boots lab enchant, mandatory. Looking for a shaped crystal belt but didn't found any good under "15ex" lol... Finaly on the tree, dropped Zealot's Oath, overall useless. And since no warlord, also dropped Ghost Reaver. Since shield regen was not reduced by "Ghost Reaver", i took Pantheon Arakkali, that sometimes proc with the immo call cdwt or some debuff, providing INSANE amount of regen and works also with "vile Bastion" from Ascend (regen 6K second...) Last flask is free, either cold, light, armor, move speed. So overall i managed to get MUCH more defensive mechanics, MORE regen, while keeping a solid dps :) |

" Neat! Did you try out a vertex instead of a Heretics Veil? The +1 to gems would also give you a lv22 blasphemy but also give you quality on the Blasphmy - which is *incredibly* good for curses? (Also has more ES/Evasion) I dont quite know how that would fit into the Manaupkeep/Gemslots though. In general though Heretics Veil is only good since it gives you a 5link - if you can spare 1 socket a Vertex tends to be better usually. I feel like we have sockets available. Anyhow: For anyone else reading this please keep in mind that this is not a boss viable setup - during bosses this gearsetup can't leech. :) So please don't just copy what Meothaku posted and flood this thread with weirdo questions. ;) Another thing you can try is getting a Witchfire Flask. Gives you another Curse which ought to scale well with Malediction and killing normal Mobs/Delving. |

Ok i am a noob to a ES build but I have managed to get somewhere with it, just need to work on levels of gems and other assorted goodies, I am using the Vertex because I have no clue how to use the Indigon yet so I will work on that. The one thing I am not a fan of is the Lightning warp so I decided to use the other guys pen set up for now. that way I am using arc and bl at the same time. Seems to be ok for now, I can do t13-15 maps this way although the map bosses are a bit challenging. The one thing I really need to make work is the sockets on my Shav's right now I am running around with nothing in that chest lol.

Wouldnt it be better to run Indigon with extra ball lightning enchant? I think we could drop Wrath if we wanted to?
