I can only speak for myself.
Unless you get a very expensive Warlord's Mark Ring that gives ES and Str/Dex there are some options, but all will cost you some damage.
1. Get a Stygian Wise with Str.
2. Skill a +30 Str/Dex Node
3. Get Attributes on Jewels (I finally got rid of those and only need Fire+Cold Resis on 5 Jewels since I switched to Purity of Ice)
4. Use Call of the Brotherhood instead of Mark of the Shaper, gives similar damage but some Resistance and is nice for deeper Delves.

In the end I think investing in the +30 Str and Dex nodes is worth it because what we don't lack in this build is damage. I specced out of the Doom Cast wheel to get some needed Str and Resistances.
This makes it way easier to gear yourself. Finetune later.

It looks like you're still leveling and don't have all the gear yet. You should probably swap out that ring so you can use another ring that includes more attributes that you need. You may want to switch out the belt too so you can get things balanced. You may need to take the big dex/str nodes and then hopefully respec out of them at some point. I think I kept one of the +30 str nodes even at the end. dex wasn't much of a problem though unless you level up gems that don't need to be leveled up such as Frenzy.

Would you run shaper/uber elder like this or would you switch back to the og gear (mark of shaper, indigon/sin trek)?

My problem right now: Ive got everything except a aspect of spider anything and going for one would mean losing the warlord mark curse or my belt slot, which I don't think is worth/reasonable.

Also, it might be answered elsewhere but there are 100+ pages on this guide, but why curse elemental weakness and not conductivity? And for delve would you switch from either of these to something like enfeeble or temporal chains?

I ran uber elder with the og gear just fine. Mark of shaper, rare helm (with ES and Arc enchant), sin treks, etc. I'd say stick with that unless you can easily find the other stuff at a price you're willing to pay.

As for ele weakness corruption, you can use whatever you can get your hands on. I have both ele weakness and enfeeble and prefer enfeeble actually. I haven't seen a conductivity corruption on gloves but if that's out there then that would work too. For bossing, the curse effectiveness is so low anyway that I don't think it makes much of a difference.

Don't forget the "reduced mana reserved" nodes in the skill tree. You need those too for this to work. all 4 of them.

Call of the brotherhood is mad cheap, and I like the idea of freezing/slowing everything in shaper/elder fight but my main concern is delve. Another dumb question, but what do you think of grace in the place of arctic armor?
