This is what i came up with so far
https://pastebin.com/sywkUUPP
Very interesting! I didn't consider using Pure Talent - explains the pathing to the Templar start.
I have a different watcher's eye without the -mana, so I cannot sustain reave or BF without mana leech. I am landing on nearly identical dps and ES however with a somewhat different tree: https://pastebin.com/U7E5Yxcy - I imported your tree to compare. Main difference is not using unnatural instinct and instead picking up Heart of Thunder and slightly different pathing near Amplify.
Have you considered a Brute Force Solution in socket 4? On your POB, I show a gain of 2.3% dps (about 1 point) at a cost of 1.1% ES (less than 1 point).

Yes i was using brute force solution in that slot in the past, it's good. The tree is still not optimized so there will be many changes probably ^^

I'm liking Lucidity too on the passive tree. However this would be a good choice if you don't use Pure Talent. Although the stun does nothing for us. Pathing to Templar with Pure Talent gives more defensive stats and is only about 25k less damage.

2. Suprisingly astramentis is not much worse compared to that amulet, and there are even better amulets (%all stats + %dmg per intelligence)
so i constructed one, i think you was talking about smth like this:
and the PoB calculated difference using it instead of Talisman was:

Yeah, rares have potential to be much stronger

The prospects of the build look promising. While the main skill(s) got worse and the general overhaul of many melee skills does not work with the flat elemental setups that well, there are still some that look alright. It's about figuring out what will work the best for the build and despite that possibly taking some time, I don't think it can end up worse than being at least really good, as the defences shouldn't be that much worsened.
I think I like the sound of playing (Vaal) Reave for mapping. Not getting the Flat Phys rework, nice quality of life changes, good damage effectiveness and it doesn't have a negative attack speed multiplier.

Pretty sure that will majority of broken abilities nerfed, this build might be considered even stronger than before. Survivability and damage are still nuts, immunity to ailments and speed of this build remain as well.
It's good that they nerfed molten strike, this skill was ridiculous. With some changes to skill tree i could reach close to 20m shaper dps with it, that's not balanced .
Now we will have to work a bit harder to reach 2-4m shaper dps and that's it, so i'm going to say that changes made by GGG were good. Personally i think that 1m shaper dps is easily enough for fast and smooth gameplay.
At the same time we don't know what is the new content, these new keystones from jewels, new items etc. These might be buffs for us as well

Well, I don't think that anything will come even close to being as good as Molten Strike was, so I'd consider the specific build to be worse off, so it kind of nullifies other popular skills being shafted, though loads of other popular and powerful ES builds got nerfed and life can't really get close to the numbers and defences this build can offer apart from maybe some niche setups, so I guess this setup got better defensively in comparison and it's pretty much what defines the build. It's great ES defence + flat melee lightning damage with a claw you can slap on whatever you desire. Not sure whether this was intentional or they just forgot about the power of INT/mana ES stacking.
I guess it wasn't popular enough for GGG to bother changing, but considering the current state of the game it might be possible that this will become extremely meta as the defences are mostly unmatched and you can just play it with melee. Like if you somehow slap Cyclone on top of this it'd sell like hotcakes, though it's probably slightly harder to understand/replicate than your average build.
Lastly, we really don't know what will work in the game, the jewels are obviously a huge unknown factor, but even the gems themselves could be tough. It's not impossible that we will turn to rage or start using blood/sand stance. It's kind of exciting and pretty much what I was hoping from the patch.

It's likely safe as this level of defense is not achievable in new leagues. The build relies on scaling flat ES from 4 sources:
1. Shield: nerfed due to dense fossils and synthesis not going core
2. Helm: nerfed due to dense fossils, synthesis, and quality craft
3. Boots: see Helm
4. Abyss Jewels: flat ES now capped at 40
While this is still nice in standard with now-legacy gear, I'd be surprised if you can hit good dps in league and break 10k ES.

But the PoB i posted contains items without dense fossils and it still has 16k es :p With broken synthesis items it would reach close to 20k
