Lab 1 is Mindless Agression. Lab 2 is Unnatural Strength.

Why are we supposed to use Storm Brand in the POH build? Don't we still want Armageddon for the fire damage to proc elemental equlibrium for our slave drivers?

Got some spare exalts. Wanna try PoH version and got few questions.
- Why some sockets must be unlinked?
Why skitterbots unlinked from generosity?
I know sometimes you must, if there is "cast when damage taken" etc. But why unlink clarity and flesh offering from Golem + Animate + Feeding Frenzy + Elemental Army? I tried to see difference in PoB, but cant see.
Im asking because i would probably want to keep mine Body at least maybe...
- For what need clarity there? I tried to see what uses mana, but cant see to be honest...
And if somebody can, give some general tips about PoH version.
What i will have to replace for sure and what to keep? I mean in Wand+Shield there are a lot of notes from Kayella. But for PoH there is not almost. Dont wanna switch and spend 10ex++++++ and realize that im idiot :)
The PoH build doesn't have much explanation because it was originally an 'advanced build' for people who have played the W&S build for a long time and wanted something new. But I think more people are starting to want to use it, so I'll expand the guide.
About the chest, what I meant was that 6-link is not necessary, so people can save some money on the chest. If you have a 6-link, please use it.
Clarity is the watcher's eye. It will give another 700-800es.
But, I will be taking it out of the PoH build as the watcher's eye is extremely expensive now.
Here's the shopping list ff you want to switch:
1. about 60-80 regret orbs
2. 6-link PoH (all blue for SDs, or 4b2w to use every spectre)
3. +1 int amulet
4. One unset ring
5. Devouring Diadem
6* Watcher's Eye with Phasing/Haste [optional, but highly recommended]
All other items are the same.
Note that amulet anointment is now Death Attunement.

For the unset ring, I recommend decoy totem for mapping. It will pull agro from normal map bosses and metamorphs. When you fight conquerors and sirus, switch to desecrate. Devouring Diadem eats corpses to regain life and es.
I highly recommend using a level 21 Raise Spectre and +1 int amulet to get 5 spectres. You can get a 5th spectre with empower, but you then lose a damage support (big damage loss).
If you can afford it, I recommend Awakened Spell Echo as your first awakened gem. It will give your spectres 20-24% chance to deal double damage on last spell repeat. With PoH, the last repeat does 105% more damage. So, that's a 20-24% chance to with 210% more damage.
So I got the Aul's uprising for haste aura, but I lose out on the +1 intelligence on amulet so I have to use empower. Which option is the better dps?
Yet another A8 Sirus kill without issue. I've invested quite heavily in to the Wand/Shield variant of the build simply because I value survival so much, and it's working out great.
I've still got a few subpar pieces, most notably only a +1 helmet so I've only got 9 zombies. Really though that doesn't make much of a difference. The biggest thing there is that my AG has less health but that has definitely not been an issue.
Anyway I decided to record my most recent kill, in and out easy in 3 minutes 30 seconds.
At around the 3:15 mark, he goes and stands on the edge of a couple storms. Lost 4 zombies there, no other minion deaths. AG was completely fine throughout the fight even at only 45k hp. (using the endgame variant of it)

Quick edit: My PoB if anyone is interested. I simply imported my stuff in to Kayella's PoB and made a few alterations to the config (listed in the notes)
It also occurred to me that my resists show as quite low. I am capped but only with 10 minions active from the bone barrier ascendancy. I should be higher but it hasn't caused me issues as my minions never seem to die except to the most difficult of metamorphs (which I am avoiding).

V1 2.4kkk x5 spectres = 12kkk
V2 1.95kkk x4 spectres = 7.8kkk
Trying to find why but too much mechanics in it.
Even with same skill tree and flesh offering still dont get to 2.4kkk...
And also. Its not about PoH version but in general. I see people usually use Jewels with Increased Minion Damage. Question is - why? I check in PoB, Increased Cast Speed gives a lot more DPS for slave drivers, no? or i missing something? Thank you.
When I add in Flesh Offering, I see 1.95 -> 2.3. Did you add it and tick the box? I took it out because it adds extra key presses and cast delays. It's safer without it.
Also, there should be 5 spectres. 21 gem +1 amulet +1 boots +2 ascendancy.
Increased damage will proc from using skill. '20% increased damage if you used a minion skill recently'. So it works for boss fights.
Cast speed will proc from kill. '8% increased attack and cast speed if you or minion killed recently'.

Hm. I'll go through the guide and fix it. It should be lab 2 so that we get the extra spectre sooner.

I see now, PoB show me 4 spectres even when amulet is there, seems bug. Pobably dont counting +1 int gems.
