well your gear is already great, you just want to swap one of your rings for Dream Fragments when you're going to to the Uber Elder or Aul, everything else is very good! :)
you could also use a belt with %elemental resistances corruption so you can find a ring with "+ intelligence" easier, it would improve the build a lot.

because I don't like multistrike a lot, since it can potentially lock you up in place vs some dangerous bosses (uber atziri, uber elder, aul) but it's only a matter of preference, I just find myself comfortable with another link :)

Idk maybe I missed something but how will 2nd Wildfire (underneath Scion) work? There is no 40 strength in radius considering I'm copying your passive tree skill suggestion.

yes there is, you don't need the strength to be allocated to get the thresold effect from jewels :)

+20 strength from Path of the warrior, +10 from strength node, +5 from Life and strength, +5 from Melee damage and strength = 40 total

I made a short video with an overview of my occultist. I did some updates; so for example the belt, helmet, chest and also the ring.

Sorry for the quality of the video and especially the missing background music. I'm still practicing recording ingame videos and put them on youtube :)

I believe that the Char is complete for me, further upgrades would only be possible with very much currency usage.

The build is great fun and has a top spot in my personal Hall of Fame of the builds I've ever played <3

great gear, the skill tree is pretty similar to mine.
another stat which is very very op in this league is "nearby enemies have -9% to lightning resistance".
I run wrath and discipline, and it gives me a huge damage boost, like having a second damage aura (the damage boost is pretty identical to the one provided by herald of thunder)

it's harder to get 4 red and 2 blue on a vaal regalia, though not impossible at all.
in some fights where the positioning matters (uber elder, uber atziri, aul) I still prefer lightning penetration because it won't lock you in place like multistrike does, if you're not reacting quick enough to some attacks.
