Skill Revamps - Part 1

Plz do something to Discharge!
The skill MTX is so beautiful! However, I'm not interested in purchasing it due to its poor single dps output and too much work to collect the charges.
elemental hit doesn't need a revamp Kappa
BUFF LACERATE
ELEMENTAL HIT is completely USELESS!

Revamp it ...

What if you implement a threshold jewel to ELEMENTAL HIT like adding splash damage or aoe damage...

Nice that old / underused skills will be looked at but the following:

"it should fit into a cold damage build as a quick way to dispatch large weak packs while also working well when used alongside other skills when fighting a single tough enemy."

Unless it can clear trash in maps on a 4L (like KB) no it wont probably - Sockets/Links/6L being limited and all - this probably should be considered when balancing skills.
Will there be a skill "Viper Strike" revamps?
I'm bit skeptical about this proposal because I do not believe these changes will have any effect in a long run unless speed-clear meta changes as well. There will always be a skill that performs better, even if slightly, than the rest of the pack. This skill will be the optimal choice for given play-style. Other skills will be second, or last...

While I always find new skills as a great way to freshen up my gaming experience, I believe there should ideally a small amount of well functioning skills rather than large number of never used ones.
I like how the connotations of the OP are that the devs will buff sucky skills/classes rather than nerf goods ones.

Please actually do that. Please do not nerf good classes/skills. Nothing is wrong with a class/skill being good so long as its performing its intended role (i.e. Juggs who tank well).

Making 3 different wild strike jewels that restricts wild strike to use only 1 elemental effect would be cool!
