Skill Revamps - Part 1

Nine Skills?

That's a bit of a disappointment. Instead of focusing on nine underused or underwhelming skills, here is my suggestion: Change the way damage is modified in regards to 'Increased' and 'More' Damage.

There are some really fun builds to create with support combinations but are absolutely worthless compared to the Meta Builds.

Crunch the numbers, remove either Increased or More Damage, every skill gets new life breathed into it and all skills win.
sounds nice. looking forward to it.
eh.. okay.. and what about fixing end game content like map drops and etc.?!
Dominating Blow = cool skill many people would like to play but in its current state its too bugged and bad

Firetrap = i used to love that skill but since ignite was nerfed its not good and even back then Flameblast was still the better choice

Beartrap = probably the worst Trap in the game right now

Rain of Arrow / Blast Rain = both could use some love

Stormburst = the skill looks awesome but just isnt good enough

Infernal Blow is one skill that we are planning to improve to make it a much more well-rounded skill choice for a Volcanic attack type character.


IB+ Ancestral Call + Splash absolutely murders packs. One swing type murder. Feel free to improve it, lol

I don't understand the theory behind this proposal at all. Could you elaborate?

I hope I understand it right, you are trying to make more skills viable rather than nerfing skills which are already popular and good to play?

I also like that you want to get people prepared up front so there is less freaking out at the end of the league :)

Easy to do, but lazy. And I think they want to buff less than ideal skills around without going the lazy power creep method.

I hope they buff elemental hit to be relevant again. Even Wild Strike shits on it and Wild Strike isn't all that popular.
